I. Product Structure
(1) Prefabricated overhead steam pipes are mainly applied in urban heat‑supply and industrial steam transportation fields. They consist of working pipe, nano‑aerogel felt / aluminium silicate drag‑reducing layer, calcium silicate tile, polyurethane thermal insulation layer and galvanized steel spiral outer jacket.

(1) The insulation pipes are factory‑prefabricated, resulting in low on‑site construction cost and high overall cost‑performance.
(2) Inorganic materials for heat insulation and organic materials for thermal preservation deliver stable structure, excellent insulating effect and low heat loss.
(3) The outer jacket features high strength with strong resistance to impact, scratch and puncture, achieving a service life of more than 30 years.
(4) The spiral‑seam pressed‑lock structure of outer jacket provides superior tightness, favourable waterproof performance and outstanding weather resistance.
(5) The adoption of new‑type heat‑insulated supports reduces thermal bridge effect, further cutting heat loss of pipe network, while bringing more stable structure and higher safety factor.
(6) The main heat‑insulating structure adopts rigid materials, which extends the service life of both insulation assembly and the whole pipeline.
(7) Made of galvanized steel spiral sheet, the outer jacket possesses higher mechanical strength, better corrosion resistance and nicer appearance.
